Yes you can cancel a maintenance plan at any time. We do not believe in longterm plans that tie the customer down. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our service. This is what will keep them our customers.
How do I get started?
After you have subscribed to one of our maintenance plans, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. You will need to send us login credentials and login credentials for your theme updates (if available).
How do I send you login credentials for my website?
In the instruction email that you will get after you subscribed we will instruct you how to send us a self-destructing email with your website’s login credentials. This way we keep things secure and avoid that somebody else gets those login credentials.
How many websites can I have under 1 maintenance plan?
A maintenance plan supports only 1 website. For every other website a new maintenance plan must be added. We do offer discounts for clients with more than 3 websites, contact us for more information.
Do you support multisite WordPress installs?
Yes we do support multisite installs, but for each site in the multisite install a separate maintenance plan must be added. Contact us if you have more than 3 websites in the multisite for a discount.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes our “Business Plan” and “Business Plan Pro” maintenance plans support WooCommerce websites.
How does tech support / web development work?
You can submit a ticket 24/7, where you describe the issue or work and we will pick up from there. You can also reach us by chat (7 days a week, from 10 am till 8 pm GMT+2)
What kind of web development can be done?
The sky is the limit, as long as you stay within your monthly development time. Think of: Adding/removing content, adding/removing/configuring plugins, CSS edits, fixing errors, setting up/ making forms. You name it we do it.
What happens if I go over my plan's development limit?
If you use up your monthly development time (only in Business and Business Pro plans), we will notify you. You can then choose to use up the next month’s development time (only 1 month) or purchase extra development time through our website.
What happens when my site is hacked?
If you have a Business or a Business plan pro subscription, it is simple! We will help you restore your website and make sure the malicious code or malware is removed. Needless to say we will handle the issue with priority. If you are on a basic plan, no worries for a $99,- fee we will do the same.
How does WordPress security and hardening work?
For the Business and Business pro plan, website security and hardening are included. After making a backup of your website we will install and configure a security plugin and add some extra security features. Normally this is done within a week of subscribing to a plan. If you are on a Basic Plan, you can order WordPress Security at a discounted price of $99,-.
How does WordPress Website Speed Up work?
For the Business Pro plan, website speed up is included in the plan. After making a backup we will optimize your website to the maximum possible. Your website will fly! This will be done within a week of subscribing to the pro plan. If you are on the Basic or Business plan, do not worry, you can order the WordPress speed up at a discounted price of $200,-
